🌊 Stay at the Shala River

Boat returns from Shala River at 15:00 and arrives at Koman around 16:00.

A minibus will be waiting at Koman port.
Drive takes approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes.
Arrival in Shkodër around 18:00 PM.

At Shala River, restaurants and guesthouses are available. Meals are not included. The ticket includes transportation only (bus + boat).
In some seasons, low water levels at Komani Lake may require a ~20-minute walk.
Departure is at 07:45 AM from any guesthouse or hotel located near the center of Valbonë. After a scenic drive through the mountains, you will arrive at Fierzë port at approximately 08:40 AM.
You will spend 4 relaxing hours at the Shala River, a stunning destination famous for its turquoise water and dramatic landscape—often called “the Thailand of Albania.”
During your stay, you can:
